• I forgot to display my LoyLap account after a purchase, can I add the loyalty next time?

    As long as you still have the receipt, you sure can. Bring the receipt with you next time you make a purchase at the same business, and the cashier will be able to add the loyalty for your previous transaction with the new order.

  • What else can I do with my LoyLap account besides earning loyalty rewards?

    Businesses can use many different features that their LoyLap system offers. If you check the Navigation Drawer menu, you can see what other services a business is running. Enable push notifications from LoyLap to see special offers and other important information that businesses might send to your app from time to time.

  • Can I spend my balance in any business?

    No. The credit back or stamps that you earn from one business can only be spent on goods or services offered by that business. If a business has more than one branch, however, you can spend your loyalty balance in any branch you want.

  • What is LoyLap Upfront (top up)?

    LoyLap upfront enables you to top up your balance for a business. Some business also offer their customers a top-up bonus, which might increase with larger top up amounts, so be sure to check out all the bonuses available before you top up. All top-ups are handled by First Data Gateways, and each transaction is fully encrypted and secure to protect your information.

  • How do I set my account to top up automatically?

    Once you’re logged into your account, select Top-Up. Underneath the top-up option, enable the Auto Top-Up option, and select the amount to be automatically loaded to your account after your balance goes below €5.

  • There’s a problem with my app, can you help?

    If you have a problem with the app, the simplest fix is to force close (kill) the app, and then open it again. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling the app and the reinstalling it; if that doesn’t work either, then it’s time to get in touch with us. Send us an email at support@loylap.com, and don't forget to tell us what phone and operating system you’re using, and a brief description of the problem you're having. Including a screenshot or a video might help, so please send one if you can.

  • When I signed up I entered my email incorrectly. What do I do?

    Best thing to do in this scenario is to create a new account with your correct email address. If you already have a balance and you don't want to lose it, please contact us at support@loylap.com, and we'll transfer your balance to the correct account.
