Accessing your Business Portal

At LoyLap, we believe that physical presence business should have equal, if not better, customer understanding when compared to online-only businesses. This is why we created the LoyLap business portal.

Any piece of LoyLap software that you use, be it Gift Cards, Loyalty, or Order & Pay, is linked with your Business Portal, where you can see a record of each customer and each transaction. Over time, as you use LoyLap more and more for your business, this data will grow increasingly useful for your planning and marketing strategies.

  • How do I access my Business Portal?

    You can access your Business Portal at any time by logging in at loylap.com/login.
    Please make sure to use the email associated with your business account. `

  • Can I search for individual customers in the business portal?

    Yes. Once you're logged into the business portal, select Customers on the left navigation menu, then use the filter search at the top to search for the customer's name. You can also filter customers by number of visits, amount spent, and more.

  • Does the Business Portal cost extra?

    With your LoyLap subscription, you have free access to the Business Portal at any time. We offer a number of additional upgrades that you can use to augment your Business Portal.

  • Can I view all transaction history in the Business Portal?

    Yes, you can. Select History on the left navigation menu, and you'll be brought to page that displays your business' transaction history. Here, you can search in a custom date range and, if you have more than one location, also filter by branch.

  • Is there a minimum duration contract?

    No, there is no minimum duration. You can uninstall the app at any time, at which point all future payments will be cancelled.

  • I’m having a problem with my Business Portal, can you help?

    Of course. Please see the troubleshooting section below for a few simple steps you can try first. If your problem persists, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • My business has several branches. Will the system work in more than one location?

    Yes, the system will work perfectly across all locations. Customers will be able to top up their card in one location, then use it in another.

    You can track and verify all gift card usage in real time through the online LoyLap dashboard. To access your dashboard, simply login to the website here or by clicking the Login button at the top of any page on the LoyLap website.

  • Can I export the information?

    You can indeed. Search for the data you want, and you'll be able to download it in multiple formats, including Excel.

  • I'm not sure the data is correct for an aspect of my business portal. Can you check it out?

    Sure thing. If you have a query regarding your data, please contact your LoyLap success manager and they'll have it investigated.

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing any issues with your Gift Card app, please try the solutions below.

Quick fix: Refresh the app

refreshappOpen the Gift Card app, then press the Refresh App button (pictured to the left). You can find this button in the bottom-right corner of the app screen.

In-depth fix: Start over with a clean slate

If the problem persists, try uninstalling, then reinstalling the Gift Card app by following the steps below.

  • Step 1: Uninstall the Gift Card app from the Clover store.
  • Step 2: Delete the LoyLap category from the inventory, as well as the Gift Card by LoyLap item.
  • Step 3: Reboot the system.
  • Step 4: Reinstall the app.

Note that all your configurations will carry over to the fresh install. No need to worry about having to manually reconfigure anything!
